Requirements:

• in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Prior experience working in a multi-client or 3PL warehouse setting
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment and retail customer requirements
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., PKMS or similar)
• Proven ability to manage daily operations across receiving, inventory, and shipping
• Ability to lead and supervise a large, diverse team of front-line associates
• Skilled in labor planning, productivity tracking, and meeting KPIs
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience conducting safety meetings, implementing warehouse safety protocols, and ensuring OSHA compliance
• Comfortable with adjusting priorities, delegating tasks, and problem-solving in real time

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities to train and develop team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and warehouse reporting tools
