Job Overview:

We’re seeking an energetic individual to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in the world of fulfillment. Foxridge LLC is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations. This role involves not only supervising staff but also managing various distribution processes related to materials and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring all goods are stored properly in an organized and efficient manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods, ensuring that goods are sent out on time and to the correct locations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure effective performance and delivery of services.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory to ensure ease of locating goods and efficiency of the warehouse.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to and enforced, including the proper use of equipment.
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement and sales to forecast future demand.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to automate processes and increase efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and efficiency to company leadership.
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience required
• Understand safety regulations, experience in operating a forklift preferred.
• Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
