Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on supervisor to manage daily transshipment operations in our overseas warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient cargo handling, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and supervise warehouse staff to meet service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee transshipment processes, including container unloading, sorting, and re-labeling. Coordinate with local carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Manage and train warehouse staff; ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documents. Report operational issues and suggest improvements to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics supervision. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese Familiar with transshipment procedures and basic customs knowledge.
