Our client, an Automotive and Aviation Manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Distribution Operations Department supporting high-performance teams and ensuring fulfillment excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop work teams consisting of team leaders and members.
Ensure a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that encourages involvement and creativity.
Coordinate warehouse activities to meet and exceed KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental standards.
Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and training to associates.
Analyze root causes of daily challenges, implement countermeasures, and promote continuous process improvement using kaizen methodologies.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Must be able to work any shift and required overtime with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
