Position Summary:

The Inbound Team Lead directs and supervises receiving, material handling, and inventory associates to ensure compliance and accuracy of all inbound and material handling functions at the Austell facility.

Essential Functions:

Comply and adhere to safety compliance procedures within the facility. Ensure inbound receipts are received completely and accurately within the WMS and NetSuite platforms. Administer all paperwork in accordance with company retention policies and procedures. Investigate receiving discrepancies and implement root cause methodology for future compliance. Maintain accuracy in all inventory transactions, including daily counts. Monitor inbound activities including consolidation and putaway process control. Serve as a subject matter expert in NetSuite for receiving and inventory processes. Oversee equipment and maintenance related to distribution. Maintain a clean, organized work environment using Lean management principles. Track inbound containers and coordinate offloading labor with Distribution Manager. Manage outside warehouse and storage trailers as needed. Develop and manage KPIs for receiving and putaway; report as required. Cross-train in other functional areas (e.g., outbound) to support broader distribution needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in a related field preferred 3-5 years of related supervisory experience 1-2 years of ERP system experience preferred; WMS knowledge is a plus Availability to work Saturdays and occasionally second shift as needed Experience with process improvement is a plus Strong communication skills Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Reports to:
