We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and oversee supply chain strategy across all three of our business units. What You’ll Do Supervise daily receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock with warehouse management system Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with health and safety standards Optimize layout and storage systems for space efficiency and operational flow Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and transport partners to ensure timely delivery and dispatch Enforce warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and best practices Assist with hiring, training, and motivating team members Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, accuracy, and reliability Track key metrics and generate routine reports (e.g., inbound/outbound logs, inventory discrepancies, dead stock) Be a culture leader—model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork What You Bring Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using warehouse management systems or inventory software Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A hands-on, lead-by-example mindset Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese Experience with process improvement or lean warehousing Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety regulations 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
