Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff within Royal White Cement’s warehouse. This includes managing the receiving, shipping, and distribution of cement and related products, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves optimizing labor and equipment utilization, maintaining proper inventory levels, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is accurate and complete.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules and workloads to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks such as budgeting, order entry, and tracking in NetSuite.
• Oversee inventory layout, organization, and proper storage within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety and procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and preventing product loss.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control.
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and climbing.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions without climate control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license.
