Oversee shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory control processes Train, coach, and provide work direction to hourly warehouse employees Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards on the warehouse floor Assign work, audit inbound/outbound loads, and report discrepancies Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Assist in manual unloading of containers and secure product for shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Complete daily paperwork and follow all standard operating procedures
