You will lead and coach employees to meet customer demands and adhere to all PonBike policies and best practices. This role will assure compliance of Shipping and Receiving processes, meeting customer requirements. Below are some (but not all) of the key responsibilities of this role: Executes warehouse receiving and shipping operations to meet productivity and service goals. Maintains high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in identifying, receiving, and ensuring the quality of products and compliance of customer requirements. Oversees and monitors product inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse; investigates and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Achieves established productivity goals through the effective management of assigned staff. Identifies and implements process improvement activities to drive performance and warehouse efficiencies Fosters a positive work environment that promotes the PonBike behaviors Provides timely coaching and feedback to direct reports in areas of standard operating procedures, daily performance, and best practices Works collaboratively with Human Resources on company policies, procedures, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and other key personnel matters Assist in interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees Completes and presents performance evaluations to direct reports Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs associated with warehouse processes and supplies to assist in achieving budgetary goals Maintains high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in identifying, receiving, and ensuring the quality of products and compliance with customer requirements Key Competencies Problem Solving and Decision Making – Effective performers are able to identify problems, solve them, act decisively, and show good judgement. Education & Experience Requirements Essential Qualifications:

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years previous supervisory/leadership experience in a mid-large fulfillment center operation Proficient computer skills in SAP/ERP programs, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Access Must be organized with good follow-up and strong communication skills Beneficial Qualifications E-commerce experience in a forward pick and replenishment environment. Hands on experience with different types of mobile equipment (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, electric order pickers, side loaders). Flexible to work any shift. Environmental Factors Exposure to weather and temperatures range from cold to hot in warehouse. Noise level can be moderate to high throughout the facility. Uses a computer keyboard/mouse and views monitor for extended periods.
