The Role:

As the Shipping Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all outbound staged orders, maintaining high-quality standards, and reducing errors before shipments leave the facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality control within a warehouse environment and a passion for excellence. This is a full-time position requiring your presence at our warehouse facility on a daily basis, Monday-Friday. The hours for the role are 7am – 4pm. The pay range for this role is $18 – $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly inspect all outbound staged orders to ensure accuracy in item count, product specifications, and adherence to customer requirements. Cross-check pick tickets, shipping labels, and packing lists for consistency and correctness. Identify errors, including misplaced, damaged, or incorrect products, before orders are shipped. Partner with the Warehouse team to ensure errors are corrected. Maintain and enforce established quality standards to minimize shipment discrepancies. Accurately complete all required documentation for order checks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control within a warehouse environment, preferably in a 3PL setting. Hyper-detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes. Proficient in identifying and resolving order discrepancies. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A proactive problem solver with the ability to analyze and improve processes. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
