The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our highest volume facility. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10-15 employees, including Account Leads, Operators, and Shipping Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational efficiencies, delegate tasks, and ensure that we are hitting our KPIs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management, experience handling multiple clients and a diverse array of products, and the ability to drive process improvements, ensure safety, and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support a team of 10-15 employees to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture; ensure all team members follow OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines. Monitor workflows and labor allocation to ensure operational efficiency across multiple client accounts. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Success, Inventory, Operations Leadership) to resolve issues and implement improvements. Identify and execute initiatives to improve accuracy, throughput, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed. Report operational KPIs and team metrics to warehouse leadership.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and motivate others in a fast-paced setting. Experience managing multiple clients or accounts in a 3PL environment is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email). Ability to proficiently operate a sit down or stand up forklift

$65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
