is looking for a Commercial Project Fulfillment Supervisor in Suwanee, GA.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Commercial Project Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a team of project managers and project specialists in the successful execution and delivery of commercial projects. This role emphasizes team support, development, and collaboration to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and on time. The supervisor will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, maintaining project timelines, quality control of systems and processes, and team budgets while also building strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Manages a team which handles the fulfillment of commercial projects
Responsible for ensuring the data integrity in SAP for all commercial project orders
Responsible for assisting in the hiring process, conducting performance reviews, vacation approvals, and disciplinary actions.
Assign inbound projects to appropriate support personnel and manages team backlog.
Participate in weekly team MWI meetings
Work closely with Demand Intel, Supply Planning, Logistics, and the Warehouse teams.
Monitor the daily Open Order Report to assist in managing past due backlog
Act as a backup for the Project Specialist and Project Managers should that be necessary and be able to support the following task:
Expedite Requests
Cancellations
Address Change/POC Change
Model Transitions
Returns/Reorders
Credits
Suggesting substitutions that can be made for out-of-stock product
Request transfers as needed to meet project requirements
BACNET issuance
Perform other Duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS degree (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of people leadership/management experience
Strong communications skills, both oral and written
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $56,000 and $77,000 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
