We have anexcellent opportunity for a Distribution Center Coordinator in ourNorcross Distribution Center. In this position, the successfulcandidate will be responsible to: 1
- Communicate with customers inperson and by telephone in entering orders under automation systemcontrols. 2
- Assist in pricing of quotes and orders underautomation system controls. 3
- Responsible for balancing dailyinvoice edit. 4
- Audit open order reports weekly. 5
- Develop andassist in the management of the furnish and install programs at theDistribution Center level. 6
- Assist in ordering product for theDistribution Center and maintain automation system inventorycontrol procedures. 7
- Assist customers in picking up product fromthe Distribution Center and ensure proper paperwork requirementsare attained. 8
- Assist in the supervision of warehouse operationspersonnel. 9
- Unload products received from manufacturing plants.
10-Be familiar with and assist in credit policies and help tomonitor customer current credit status. Qualifications 1. ABachelor’s degree is preferred or combination of experience andeducation. 2. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experiencealong with the skills to be a self starter. 3. Forkliftexperience/certification is preferred. 4. Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a routine basis. 5. Good computer skills. 6. Outstandingcustomer service skills.
