Hire Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Fulfillment Lead to oversee inbound receiving and material flow at our facility in Atlanta. This hands-on leadership role ensures the efficient and accurate receiving, processing, and storage of all inbound goods, directly supporting production and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all inbound receiving operations, including unloading, inspection, and stocking Supervise and support a small team of warehouse associates Ensure accuracy of received shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Maintain real-time inventory updates using WMS or ERP systems Communicate with suppliers, purchasing, and production teams to ensure timely material flow Train and mentor team members on inbound and fulfillment processes Monitor and enforce safety procedures and warehouse best practices Support audits, cycle counts, and KPI tracking for inbound efficiency

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role Familiarity with inbound logistics and inventory management systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #Leadership123
