The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency. Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs. Manage the use of warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment. Oversee the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and shipments.
