Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory control, and timely shipping/receiving activities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish , capable of fostering clear communication and productivity among a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily logistics targets. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate, documented, and completed on time. Monitor employee performance and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation. Enforce compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and warehouse procedures. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide guidance, resolve issues, and relay updates. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order processing. Support the onboarding of new employees and conduct safety briefings. Collaborate with supervisors, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations. Identify areas of improvement and recommend process enhancements. Report damages, discrepancies, and operational issues to upper management.

Qualifications:

Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Minimum 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, shipping/receiving, and inventory practices. Experience with WMS or similar systems is a plus. Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Forklift certification is preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Flexible to work various shifts and weekends if required.
