Warehouse Team Lead Progress Lighting & Kichler 350 Logistics Center Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549 Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our growing team in Jefferson, GA. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM , with overtime as needed. We’re searching for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring others to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will bring warehouse experience, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive results while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, coach and guide team members to meet performance, quality, and safety standards Monitor employee productivity and provide real-time feedback and support Enforce compliance of all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Use SAP and RF devices to track order progress and ensure timely order picking and fulfillment Process orders to completion in SAP to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipment Ensure all shipments are properly labeled, packed, and secure for transit Participate in daily team huddles, safety meetings, and ongoing training sessions Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the 5S methodology Participate in daily team huddles, safety meetings, and ongoing training sessions Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Skills and Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution center environment Previous leadership experience or experience in a lead/supportive role preferred Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in operating all types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead by example, build trust, and drive accountability Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptable to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
