JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the warehouse and plant operations on a day to day by collaborating with production, processing orders and scheduling shipments. The S&R Coordinator works closely with Warehouse Manager to achieve all shipping and receiving goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Ensures loads are complete in time to ship Perform checks of customer orders to ensure accuracy of quality and quantity Receives all inbound shipments into database system Create warehouse tags for pallets received in the warehouse Handles packing lists and/or bill of lading for all product received into the warehouse Accurately documents any exceptions (damages, shortages, overages, etc.) to the receipt of product Uploads clear, accurate pictures of damages into system Scans all packing lists/BOL into database Creates/updates inbound shipments for RTW (return to warehouse) Creates warehouse tags for returned product and updates location in the database Assist inventory team with any product date issues Coordinate and works closely with other departments (i.e production, QA, purchasing, customer service) to ensure customer orders are scheduled to arrive and ship on time Assists with customer routing schedules Works with AP regarding customer statements and invoices

SKILLS/ABILITIES

: Will work in an office environment where safety precautions are required to be followed Will work in varying temperatures from 0-50 degrees at times Light to moderate physical effort required Regularly required to walk, reach, bend and may sit long periods of time throughout the day Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

: Experience with logistics and transportation Experience working with warehouse management systems Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative and prioritize tasks Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines. Ability to select, coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
