Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:o Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.o Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the parts distribution center customer KPI’s, related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmentalo Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as neededo Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures.o Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements.o Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GEDCollege Degree preferred, but not required3 + years of work experience and/or bachelor’s degree in related fieldAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customersAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programsAdditional Information /
