Warehouse Crew Supervisor Job Schedule:
12hr shifts, Rotate nights
Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun and Mon/Thurs, Fri Shift:
5:30PM-6:15
AM Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) $20/hr.
Job Description:
Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance. Demonstrating leadership by conforming to site and safety rules and regulations Hiring, training, delegating to and supervising of direct reporting staff Use of computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP, etc.) Planning and implementing procedures and systems Coordinating financial and budget activities Completing all required trainings Monitoring and assisting staff with work progress
Requirements:
Pass background checks and drug screening Experience as a Manager, a Warehouse Associate or similar position Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
