We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) components in a warehouse setting. This role requires a certified forklift operator with strong computer skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of two employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision:

Lead and manage a team of two employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

SMT/PCBA
Handling:

Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of SMT and PCBA components.

Forklift Operation:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment of components.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues related to warehouse operations, inventory discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions.

Computer Skills:

Utilize warehouse management software and other computer applications to track inventory, generate reports, and communicate with other departments.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
