ProAction Fluids is an exciting, rapidly growing blender and packager of chemical additives for multiple industries. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is a multi-faceted role that encompasses oversight of production lines, shipping and receiving responsibilities, and inventory/order preparation, reporting, and oversight. A valid driver’s license is required for this role, as it may involve transportation of materials within the facility. Join our team to contribute to high-quality production standards. Job Expectations Works with Production Manager to implement production plans, and ensure completion Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborates and communicates with logistics (3rd party and internal), customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains a clean and neat work area. Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Provides additional backup support for production and packaging operations as needed Job Requirements Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation US Citizen or Valid Work Authorization Pass Pre-Screening to include drug test and background check High School Diploma or GED Experience and/or

Training:

Production Supervisory Experience Must have a good command of the English language and the ability to read, communicate, and understand written instructions Proficient in Operating a Forklift Ability to communicate work instructions and production plans Understanding of manufacturing packaging line processes General Quality & Safety Awareness Basic Mathematical Ability Mechanical Aptitude and Troubleshooting/Problem Solving of machinery Qualified applicants will be contacted Full Benefits Offered (Health, Dental, Eye, Life, 401k)
