THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for aWarehouse Site Manager to join our team and be part of somethinggreat. We have an outstanding career opportunity for a driven,successful leader with at least 3 years of increasing managementresponsibility in the distribution/transportation fields.

Successful candidates will handle the daily management of thewarehouse crew. We provide unloading services for our clients.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Running site with safety and efficiency aspriorities Daily communications with associates on service levels,accountability, pay, and performance. Creation of daily work logsand transmission of same to corporate Audit of daily labor andbilling reports Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.

Document and resolve any customer service or associate issuesdaily. Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and workrules including Capstone safety work rules. Hold weekly safetymeetings and ensure associate participation. Assist in managingSite and Departmental budget. Scheduling associate shifts based oncustomer requirements. Interview, hire, and train new associates.

Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all servicesperformed. Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, dataupload, and payroll record administration according to Capstonepolicies and standard operating procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must bevery flexible with shift start times as well as days worked,including weekends and holidays. 3 years of management andleadership experience in an industrial setting. Ability to train,coach, and mentor warehouse associates. Strong organization andprioritizing skills. Ability to simultaneously perform multipletasks. The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritizeassignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing,warehouse environment. Ability to manage budgets; read andinterpret P&L statements; and prepare related managementreports. Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word,Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent aptitude in estimating rates andadding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking.

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chainor Third-Party experience preferred. BS/BA Degree or AssociateDegree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but no requiredExcellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customerservice skills. Proven track record in supervision of warehouseemployees including Hiring, Training, and Termination. Provenexperience in providing high levels of customer service to internaland external customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand forlong period of times. Ability to safely operate material handlingequipment as needed.
