We are seeking a cannabis distribution coordinator.

Job Summary:

The Distribution coordinator is a direct report to the Production Manager and VP of Operations. They are responsible to assist in making sure that all products being distributed are packaged, compliant, and accurately recorded in all systems (Metrc, Leaf-Link, internal spreadsheets, etc.).

Essential Duties and Tasks:

Receives orders from the Fulfillment Department via Leaf-Link print outs for day to day packaging demand for Gummies and Liquid Gummies Retrieve packaged tins and/or Liquid Gummies from storage cages, assemble and pack boxes for shipment Once orders are packaged re-stack boxes into storage cages; Work with the fulfillment department to assure orders are accurate prior to courier pickup Log Batches – manage and track Assist in fulfillment of orders Inventory auditing on a weekly basis Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with the Marketing/Sales/Packaging and Kitchen Departments Update trackers in a timely manner to ensure marketing stickers arrive on schedule for packaging Support Sales and Dispensaries to ensure correct orders are delivered in a timely manner Create tags in METRC and monitors orders/inventory through Leaf-Link Work directly with the Fulfillment department with any and all order discrepancies Package and organize Samples for delivery Ability to accurately manage navigate and update all trackers and internal spreadsheets Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as a team Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned Expansive knowledge of METRC Support and assist packaging team when order packing is complete for the day Efficient in Google Workspace, Leaf Link, and the ability to navigate production trackers Makes supply runs, picks up essential goods, and makes deliveries as directed by supervisor Ability to cross train in production and kitchen duties

Experience and Requirements:

Hard worker who is a self-starter, proactive and has attention to detail Knowledge of processing and packaging Read, write, and speak English Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide Read and interpret weight scales Excellent interpersonal skills-must be a team player Must have an excellent work ethic and be a self-starter Good verbal and written communication skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to repeatedly push, pull, and bend throughout the duration of the shift Must be 21 years old and have the ability to obtain a valid MA Cannabis Badge Prior food manufacturing, cooking, preparation and packaging experience is preferred, but not mandatory. High School Diploma or GED required Successfully meet Safe Serve standards Must consent to and successfully pass a background check Computer and software fluent (Leaf-Link, Google Workspace) Demonstrated ability to understand legal documentation and interpretation Excellent time management, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills in a challenging environment. May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
