Core Responsibilities Prepare and manage fleet of vehicles following our process to ensure safe and efficient routes daily Clean and service portable restrooms, restroom trailers, and handwashing units Deliver and pick up equipment using a company truck or trailer on occasion as needed Assist with on-site large deliveries of rental equipment as needed Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of sanitation equipment Operate and maintain vacuum and cleaning systems with care and precision Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance of operation Monitor equipment inventory and condition; proactively report and resolve any issues Assist with dispatching, route optimization, and team communication to serve our customers and crew members Manage operation ticket system ensuring sales and customer requests are responded to and addressed in a prompt professional manner Yard & Crew Support Implement and improve daily checklist systems Support and coach fellow crew members on safety and unit care Lead by example in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient workspaces Train new hires on route structure, wellness practices, and service expectations Safety & Compliance Follow federal/state regulations regarding waste handling and transport Participate in safety huddles, monthly safety meetings, and regular route audits Promote safe use of protective equipment and proper hygiene practices Communication & Systems Use route planning tools, mobile apps, and dispatch systems Communicate with crew and management to identify and resolve operational hiccups Participate in morning huddles and weekly operations meetings Ambassadorial Support Represent Wasted

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong time management and communication skills Comfort using tools, checklists, and safety equipment Team-first attitude and a commitment to learning Excellent attention to detail.

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour
