This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
Track each load accurately
Accurately count all pallets
Maintain pace of pallet configuration
Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
Identify priorities and coordinate resources
Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
Recommend process improvements
Coordinate picker and loader team
Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
Other duties as Assigned
Lighthouse Execution – Observations, Pulse Checks, Leadership and SPARC Walks
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 – $61,850.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Working schedule: Sunday – Thursday, split shift starting from 4PM.

Qualifications
Operations/logistics or supply chain experience.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Your ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making and
Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
Forklift certification a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
