ICS Inventory Accounting Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. – 2.9 St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time $22 – $25 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Production planning Warehouse experience Communication skills Time management Full Job Description This position is Monday through Friday from 4 AM to 12 noon with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts as needed.

General Purpose :

To oversee the day-to-day inventory of the Dry Goods area.

Positions Responsibilities :

Inventory Control over materials and Ingredients. Printing EOM Inventory report. Filling out deficiency reports for discontinued items. Responsible for maintaining and updating weekly preliminary report. Process and verify counts against receiving paperwork and turn into purchasing manager. Assist in regulatory compliance, PCS warehouse system, and AS400. Maintain / update material planning workbook, create pull sheets and post on share drive if the Warehouse Supervisor needs assistance. Prepare B.O.L for shipments when needed. Participate and provide information to the production scheduling meeting, Ingredient Shelf-Life Review, ME Materials Close Meeting and Deficiency/Hold Meeting. Tracking and filling out inbound damage report, along with photos. Allocate their time and department resources to assist the warehouse supervisor and purchasing clerk Support food safety programs as well as environmental health and safety programs. Fill in for the warehouse supervisor or other warehouse staff members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor or Purchasing Clerk Essential Skills and experience: General Knowledge of Warehouse Operations helpful. Detail oriented and sense of urgency, ownership and accountability regarding roles and the needs of the department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specific Job-related PC experience skills. Strong interpersonal skills to nurture and maintain internal and external relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to meet deadlines and complete daily activities. Team player.

Expected Goals and Outcomes:

Work alongside warehouse supervisor in order to promote team spirit within the warehouse staff. Help determine which materials or ingredients need to be ordered to ensure upcoming production needs are meet. Maintains and Administers the PCS program related to the Dry Goods Warehouse.

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be in a team group setting and must be able to work with several people at a time. The noise level in the work environment can be extremely loud.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to work standing for long periods of time. Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, lift and must be able to work under these conditions every day. This job requires frequent lifting of product. Some product needing to be stacked or moved may weight 50-100 pounds and there may be lifting of over 500 cases per shift. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This job requires corrected hearing.
