We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in our daily operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment. You’ll lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of vending products. Oversee inventory control, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity. Train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety. Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of vending machine replenishment orders. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs. regularly. High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Join our growing company.
