About the Saint Charles Distribution Center The Saint Charles distribution center supports Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical supply chain operations. Cardinal Health is currently looking for a Senior Coordinator, Learning Development and Delivery who is bilingual and can support the Lead Coordinator with site trainings in both English and Spanish. What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning. Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs. Location/Shift This position will be an on-site position (5 days per week), based out of the Saint Charles, MO Distribution Center.
Night Shift:
Sunday-Thursday, 6:00pm – 2:30am (or until all tasks are completed). Responsibilities Supports learning programs and activities using materials provided by the Learning Center of Excellence (COE) as designed. Supports training on programs including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, Pharmaceutical Distribution, Department skills training (e.g., inbound, outbound, inventory), Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), and Quality Regulatory Assurance (QRA). Supports training contact for employees at the business site for training and cross training requests site related training questions, and issues. Prepares for new hire classes including securing classroom space, materials, and communicating with new hires about first day expectations. Supports ongoing training for tools and systems as updates are made. Works with Learning COE regarding training changes needed or opportunities to make programs better. Attends Train the Trainer Sessions and completes “teach back” sessions. Receives and acts upon coaching and feedback from leadership and Learning COE. Attends professional development (training skill builders) offered by the Learning COE and actively participates in the Learning Community of Practice monthly calls. Serve as an authorized I-9 representative, facilitating the completion of I-9 paperwork for new hires. Champion innovation, simplification, and standardization of current solution offerings, operating procedures, methodologies, and processes. When not training, performs general warehouse duties based on business needs. Learn and train on all functions within the warehouse. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish languages, required 3-6 years of experience, preferred High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift Ability to follow direction and change priorities Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently May modify process to resolve situations Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members Anticipated hourly range: $21.67 per hour – $27.10 per hour (includes shift differential) Bonus eligible:
