Adecco is hiring immediately for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead with a leading local client in Olive Branch, MS. This is a hands-on leadership role w you’ll drive team performance, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, high-performing work environment.
As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of material handlers in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You’ll help your team meet production goals, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a positive and accountable culture. The role requires initiative, strongmunication skills, and the ability to make decisions independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate your team to meet hourly production and quality targets.
Provide daily direction and coaching to team members to promote individual growth and team success.
Ensure a safe, clean, andanized work environment.
Lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
Communicate effectively with management and fellow team leads via phone, text, and email.
Uphold safety procedures and warehouse standards at all times.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on morale and accountability.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions including exposure to temperature changes and noise.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay Details:

$21.00 per hour
