Night Shift Location:

Southaven, MS onsite•Memphis TN branch

Salary:

$40-48,000/yr plus commissions The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field talent at the customer locations. Ensures strong performance from the workforce and builds and maintains a strong relationship with customers’ onsite management. Why CoWorx? Role Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client. Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts. Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices. Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce. Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant experience, onsite staffing preferred but open to customer service or administrative skills. Strong relationship building and communication skills both verbal and written Spanish a must Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction Sense of urgency to meet high volume recruitment needs Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of integrity CoWorx is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
