The
- Regional Distribution Center Coordinator
- is responsible for ensuring that contracted third party logistics companies throughout the United States are meeting BSH’s expectations and standards.
First point of contact within BSH US for RDCs management in relation to contractual regulationsDevelopment, roll-out and update of BSH standards for RDCs, especially in terms of building specification, warehouse and IT infrastructure, IT system
- s), warehouse layout, working modelOngoing monitoring of implementation of assigned standards, requirements and tasks by RDCsEnsure proper know-how transfer to RDCs related to the BSH processes being a part of RDCs operationLeads coordination with BSH warehouses to correctly implement and optimize customer delivery processes and customer returns; identify process gaps and propose solutions.
Provide regular RDC audits according to defined scope and schedule; implementation of corrective actions coming from the auditsAssist Logistics Buyer in the tender process for the selection of warehouse service providers for BSH in RNA, ensuring that supplier selections process is in accordance with internal BSH regulationsCooperation with all logistics structures in order to optimize the RDCs operation and performanceRegular information exchange with RDCs management in order to optimize the RDCs processes, escalating any issues that ariseCost and invoice control for RDCs servicesPartners with BSH’s Transportation to ensure expected service levels are being met by transportation companies as neededEscalates irregularities or changes in the cooperation with the RDCs in order to ensure expected service levelParticipates in projects, working groups and committees as necessaryEnsures RDCs meet all BSH safety regulationsAssist Manager in ensuring process indicators of tasks performed for the team are metPerforms all other duties as assignedYour profileBachelors degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar field)
