DOE Summary Seeking a Shipping and Packing associate who will be responsible for the proper completion of shipping and packing high end furniture

• Obtain packing materials from storage and assemble cardboard cartons
• Wrap cushions in plastic and tape plastic in a neat fashion
• Insert cushions into containers and ensure all parts and packing materials are in place prior to sealing with staples/glue
• Label container, container tags, and products
• Inspect materials, products, and containers
• Identify packaged items on exterior of carton, and place packing label on carton
• Load trucks, unload packing line and sweep the area
• Maintain work area and equipment in an orderly manner

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts Qualifications
