LTL SHIPPING – LEAD

We are currently seeking a Shipping Lead to join our team on 2nd shift in Fletcher, NC. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of shipping associates and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient shipment of products. What’s in it for you? LTL SHIPPING – LEAD

Details:

Direct Hire position
$22.00 to $23.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 01:00pm to 11:30pm)
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the shipping team
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock movement
Utilize shipping software and internal systems to process shipments
Train and support team members to ensure performance and safety standards are met
Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipping-related issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

LTL SHIPPING – LEAD

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping/warehouse leadership role
Proven forklift operating experience (at least 2 years)
Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of shipping software and data entry
Ability to work overtime as needed
Comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift
Excellent communication and organizational skills
