We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Lead to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Coordination:

Oversee the daily shipping operations, including preparing, packaging, and shipping orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Receiving:

Manage the receiving of incoming shipments, including verifying orders, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately recording inventory.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and organize the storage of products and materials.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and train shipping and receiving staff, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Quality Control:

Ensure all outgoing shipments meet our quality standards and address any issues promptly.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in shipping and receiving operations.

Coordination:

Work closely with other departments, including customer service and production, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to shipping and receiving.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Experience:

Proven experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, or a similar role.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Attention to

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of shipping and receiving.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues and implement solutions promptly.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
