JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Foreman is responsible for distributing daily warehouse workflow as set-forth by the Warehouse Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping prores, handling paperwork and basic warehouse prores while providing direct supervision of warehouse associates or any personnel in or around their warehouse on any given day.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes efficient daily work scles for the warehouse;
- Maintains a safe and clean warehouse facility;
- Keeps warehouse claims to a minimum by enforcing proper exceptions and loading prores;
- Maintains good working relationship with operations supervisors and warehouse supervisor in order to coordinate daily warehouse operations;
- Maintains good rapport with drivers, movers, and packers;
- Operates 2 and 3 stage forklifts;
- Takes exceptions on inbound shipments;
- Efficiently loads storage containers;
- Maintainsanized and accurate paperwork;
- Scans Product and location into Windfall or current WMS.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Licenses, Certifications, and/or
Registrations:
Certified lift operator.
- Basic literacy and math skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of forklifts and their operation;
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs. up; up to 400 lbs. in a team carry.
- Stronganizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task with high volumes of work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education:
High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience;
Required Experience:
1-3 years of forklift experience; 1-3 years of warehousing and directing experience; 3+ years of moving and storage experience.
License/Certification:
Forklift operator certification.
