Warehouse Lead 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC The position is responsible for a wide variety of inventory related activities to ensure the accountability and overall flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse facility; Track product shipping errors, ensure inventory counts are accurate, conduct audits, review accuracy of documents related to inventory

Job Description:

Daily research of Company product shipping errors for individual bottle pulls and full cases Utilize the Company’s technological tools to verify accuracy of inventory shipped Provide regular pro-active updates so management is well informed and updated regarding all open issues with inventory Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records Counting all types of products for the warehouse to ensure inventory records are accurate Identify and propose solutions for inventory issues and resolutions, such as out-of-stock inventory, damages, and discrepancies Prepare various inventory related reports Perform other duties as assigned by

Management Job Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent required Prefer 1-3 years of inventory control experience Previous experience with warehouse management systems is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledgeable of AS400 is a plus Strong math skills Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly Good verbal/written communication skills Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) preferred Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and highly organized is required Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks at once Must have flexibility with schedule to work earlier or later based on business needs Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and a post offer physical.
