Warehouse Process Coordinator Adams Beverages Nc Llc Charlotte, NC Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Software troubleshooting Basic math Mid-level High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Pallet jack Full Job Description Warehouse Process Coordinator The role of the Warehouse Process Coordinator employee is responsible for the managing of Adams Beverages technology used in the warehouse for picking, wrapping and loading the Products. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with warehouse shift supervisors. They are also expected to clean and maintain various locations of the warehouse. Some Roles include experience with forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to handle product. This is a non-exempt position.

Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:

These responsibilities and objectives include but are not limited to: Own and detail the processes around order selection and loading of daily routes Define the structure needed for proper loading of pallets on route trucks Understand and communicate the process for picking using the appropriate software/hardware Utilize and troubleshoot our warehouse software that is utilized for

Picking, Wrapping and Loading:

Encompass Warehouse Management System (WMS) Processing orders in Warehouse Management System to be imported to Warehouse Conveyor System Cirrus Tech Warehouse Conveyor System (WCS) Assist in correcting any pick errors or stoppages in the WCS through the course of the shift. GreyOrange Automated Material Handling System (GreyMatter) Ensure work orders are continuously sent to Automated Material Handling System. Rehrig Technology Systems Assist with pallet audit and correction process on VOR system Define and champion dock door portal assignment Understand the interactions and relationship between all warehouse systems utilized in order selection and loading processes Attendance Expectations Monday – Friday, regular schedule Work Schedule – must be flexible (some nights, weekends, holidays) Neat and Clean Appearance Professionalism Communication Contact Technical Support as needed to report issues to corresponding software/ technology provider Contact sales and delivery teams to report issues or confirm changes in orders or routing are complete. Positive Attitude Safe and Careful handling of all inventory Prepare and sort damaged product for repack Preserve general maintenance of equipment Report all safety concerns immediately Continued education programs as required Encompass Training Brew U Curriculum (on-line training) Safety compliance knowledge Product Knowledge (Styles, Categories, etc.) Solid Understanding of the total product portfolio (brands and packages) Complete any additional tasks assigned by management team Development of the Position Professional development includes education of Company practices, policies and services. Continuous education in regard to company procedures and job knowledge. General Warehouse Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Enthusiastic, Team player interested in positive company growth A clear understanding of Company policies and the ability to adhere to them The ability to meet all standard employment requirements. Ability to read code dates, product labels, and racking labels Basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting Some Assignments require Forklift Certification & Experience Education and Experience Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Physical Demands These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
