  • At Lamberts Cable, as a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll will be responsible for controlling incoing and outgoing inventory. Forklift certified and proficient with various inventory managment systems.

  • What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • + You will supervise warehouse staff + You will build sound working relationships with management, office and construction staff, vendors, and customers.

+ You will receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered. + You will set-up a stock issue and control system that will account for and track all materials used in our construction process. + You will maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner. + You will assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis. + You will maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies. + You will conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard. + You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems. + You will assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project. + You will work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary. + Other duties as assigned.

  • What you’ll need
  • + You are 18 years of age or older + You are authorized to work in the United States for this company + You are proficient with computer skills; database, word and excel.

+ You possess a valid driver’s license (class “C” ) + You have experience operating a forklift + You must be able to travel + You are capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions. + You are able to perform the essential functions required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
