Warehouse Lead 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Monroe, NC 28110 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and team management, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality within the warehouse. Duties Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. Implement and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, shipments, and overall warehouse performance. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize supply chain operations. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on best practices in warehouse operations and safety procedures. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed. Monitor e-commerce order processing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping/receiving processes. Familiarity with AS400 systems or similar software is preferred. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
