What you will do Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the warehouse and loading dock for all employees. Keeps warehouse and premises clean. Keeps warehouse floor free from trip hazards. Oversees 2 warehouses.160sqft each. Work hours are set at 5, 8-hour days. Able to read and follow written or verbal instructions for receiving and shipping equipment and tools. Must wear proper footwear, gloves, eyewear, or other PPE as job duties require. Maintains proper appearance and personal hygiene as he/she may have contact with clients, management, and co-workers. Communicates effectively with all JCI managers, technicians, staff, and visitors. Communicates daily with Project Managers, Foreman, and Techs as required. Maintains computerized records, inventory controls, and reports detailing where all project equipment is located. Manage and control all Warehouse deliveries using requisitions and logs. Manage and file all warehouse paperwork Prepares documentation for the receipt, storage, or delivery of various items as applicable Schedules and transports requested tools and materials to and from various building sites. Communicates effectively with all JCI personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. What we look for Required 2 or more years of Warehouse experience or related work experience. Ability to climb ladders. Highly organized and can prioritize. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Education:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience. Forklift Certification preferred but will train if certificate is out of date or no training. Self-starter needed who can work with minimum supervision. Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
