Full Job Description Job Summary:

Hilldrup has an immediate need for an individual to distribute daily warehouse workflow as set-forth by the Warehouse Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping procedures, handling paperwork and basic warehouse procedures while providing direct supervision of warehouse associates or any personnel in or around their warehouse on any given day.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Executes efficient daily work schedules for the warehouse; Maintains a safe and clean warehouse facility; Keeps warehouse claims to a minimum by enforcing proper exceptions and loading procedures; Maintains good working relationship with operations supervisors and warehouse supervisor in order to coordinate daily warehouse operations; Maintains good rapport with drivers, movers, and packers; Maintains the upkeep of sprinkler system for all warehouses; Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of grounds and facilities; Operates 2 or 3 stage and articulating forklifts; Takes exceptions on inbound shipments. Opening and inspecting inbound product Notating and providing pictures of any exceptions Inventory and send receiver with exceptions to customer. Provides effective and timely communication with customer on receiver questions. Efficiently stows product in racks or on floor as necessary. Scans Product and location into Windfall or current WMS. Maintains organized and accurate paperwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic literacy and math skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of forklifts and their operation; Knowledge of dry-air sprinkler systems; Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs. up; up to 400 lbs. in a team carry.

Qualifications Required Education:

High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience:

Six months to 1 year of forklift experience; Six months to 1 year of warehousing and supervisory/directing experience; 1-2 years of moving and storage experience.

License/Certification:

Certified lift operator.
