Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading building materialscompany who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join theirteam. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6am-4pmMonday-Thursday, and 6am-12pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 14direct reports ranging from warehouse and manufacturing associatesto CDL and non CDL drivers Supervisor will manage work schedules aswell as project progress Supervisor will manage inventory formaterials, tools, and equipment Supervisor will schedule deliveriesand assist in loading trucks as necessary Supervisor will train andonboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviewsand implement performance improvement plans Supervisor willmaintain vehicle fleet and ensure scheduled maintenance isperformed on a regular basis
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5years warehouse and distribution background, leadership experiencerequired Must have knowledge of NC DOT requirements Must becomfortable working in a non climate controlled environment andlifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis Must have a valid NCDriver’s License Candidate must be computer savvy Bilingual a plus!
Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drugtest
