Job Description
Currently seeking a 1st Shift Lead for their Manchester, NH distribution center. This overnight leadership role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience and a passion for team management.

Monday•Friday 7:00am•3:30pm
Location:
Manchester, NH 03103
Pay Range:
$25.50/hr Key Responsibilities Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Review workload and assign tasks to employees. Train and coach the warehouse team, providing developmental opportunities. Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems. Ensure exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures. Safely operate various equipment and tools. Provide support and backup to warehouse management. Track orders and investigate problems. Catalog and track goods and/or supplies. ✅ Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. 1 year of SAP experience. 1 year of experience as a supervisor Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.
