Shipping Floor Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Greenland, NH 03840 Pay Rates Start @ $21.00 Per Hour $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Semi-Annual Team Bonus Contributes to the success of the entire facility by performing the following functions: shipping, packaging, special handling, stocking and Receiving footwear & accessories shipments. Core Accountabilities Work with Distribution Planning team on setting up next day’s work (choose spurs for orders to come down in most efficient manner, what trucks have been routed for next day) Work with all departments to assure even workflow and assure daily goals are met. Work with Reconcilers to expedite completing daily shipments to the floor. Run reports for shipments that have been scanned to completion in Access and depart daily shipments. Manage any process changes in routing, reprinting of carton labels, and attachment to cartons. Fill out Day End Departure sheet with what type of pick up (floor load, pallet load, cross dock) and distribute to shipping associate to prepare for daily loading. Coordinate shipping floor team on loading and reconciling shipments. Communicate any changes to shipments to shipping floor, update dock boards, prepare for late scheduled trucks to arrive for pickup, update Truck Sheet and Day End Departure sheets. Print out BOL’s for pickups and work with carriers on documenting. Close out FEDEX and UPS system’s daily Process stop shipments Ability to work with/backup for Shipping-Logistics Coordinator on routing all accounts accurately on the multitude of platforms and methods set forth by the vendors routing guide. Coordinate full time and temporary help daily, including training, monitoring performance, assigning work, and reporting performance to supervisors and manager. Ensure drivers are being loaded in a timely manner Responsible for making sure all loads are billed correctly at the end of the day

Requirements:

Key Requirements Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience. Knowledge of distribution and/or warehouse operations. Problem solving skills including prioritization and initiation of tasks. Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Demonstrated proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge of MARC, SAP, and Excel. Ability to drive warehouse equipment required. May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and routine in nature. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to being required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, or pull. This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
