Order Fullfillment Blisset Transportation 50 Triangle Boulevard, Carlstadt, NJ 07072 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position requires knowledge and familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving. The Order coordinator will work closely with various departments to maintain efficient workflow and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the order management system. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and managing order fulfillment. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize materials handling processes. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during shipping and receiving operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all duties. Experience Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols, including documentation requirements. Experience operating warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cherry pickers is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
