Support the operations of a large non-profit by ensuring the fleet of 400 vehicles deployed accross 10 counties are outfitted and running properly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all fleet for organization Liaison between the fleet management company and the organization Ensure are vehicles are accounted for and correct programs/drivers are identified Conduct audits on vehicles ensuring (documentation present, tags updated, correct programs utilizing, drivers listed, GPS info valid, impact kits and first aid kits not expired) Ensure contact information for maintenance and approvals is in order Handle recalls Gas cards/ pin numbers Registration renewals Work with finance regarding accidents, insurance renewals, vehicle purchases, transfer of vehicles, scrapping of vehicles Work with maintenance to ensure GPS units are installed in new vehicles and removed from vehicles being taken out of use Ensure vehicle number stickers are in place as well as all other required signage Working with purchasing to make sure all necessary items are in place including PPE kits, first aid kits Work with programs to retrieve additional insurance cards, renewal and or keys when missing Review safety zone reports regarding vehicles in a timely manner to ensure they are in place Provide asset list for finance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Strong teamwork and problem solving skills All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening.
