Schedule:

Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Lead•Warehouse Operations to oversee a zone within our warehouse and help develop new and current team members.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example with a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with all safety and housekeeping standards. Train, coach, and support warehouse team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs), order processing, and equipment use. Communicate effectively with team members to improve performance, engagement, and morale. Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain efficient material and order flow. Participate in team meetings, support hiring/interviews, and provide input on evaluations and performance coaching.

Experience:

High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting Strong communication and leadership skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse tools (scanners, inventory systems) Comfortable addressing performance concerns and escalating when necessary

Physical Requirements:
