The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to operate warehouse equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and cranes to move products safely and efficiently. Assist in the shipping and receiving process by accurately packaging and labeling items for distribution. Conduct inventory control tasks including counting stock, organizing products, and maintaining accurate records using RF scanners. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow within the distribution center. Fabricate packaging materials as needed for various products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and cranes is highly desirable. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as inventory control practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Must be able to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods. #IND1
