This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, hands-on leader with strong organizational and coaching skills to drive operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
Pay:
Up to $75,000 annually
Schedule:
A-Shift | Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (occasional Saturdays required) As a Supervisor, you’ll provide daily oversight of warehouse personnel and operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment. You’ll help drive performance, develop team members, and ensure warehouse goals are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and personnel
Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met
Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for team members
Oversee inventory activities, including cycle counts and returns
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
Coordinate labor and equipment use for efficient workflow
Communicate with internal teams and external partners
Support budgeting, planning, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
4+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with inventory control and team training
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Basic computer and warehouse system knowledge
